| Lotus identified as the white-eyed imp. A hume that apparently contained rabies and devoured the animals that attempt to catch her. These are only false tales that animals use to alarm and warn about their young venturing into the woodlands. Some other reasons. And these faulty claims seem to expand each year. Now what lead up to it was a simple misunderstanding. It was a bitter, intense raining evening; the sun hadn't entirely vanished over the peaks. An animal hunter was tracking her through the woods, The animals' comrades below awaiting. It wasn't until Lotus aimed her staff towards her foe. It wouldn't take long before the peak of her spear drilled into the animal's chest. Viciously she was scratched as she fell. When she hit the ground, her face and torso bathed in blood. Appalled, she grips the weapon, harshly trying to yank it out. She oddly succeeded, but the tip was stuck inside. Weirdly she used her sharp teeth to try and remove it. Now, that's the moment when the rumors surfaced. The death and horrid scene between the dead animal and Lotus kneeling low, the two hunters emerged, panting as they were exhausted. Once their intense orbs noted the scene. They released their weapons and scurried. It was mainly her left eye being blind that petrified the group. Though that was years and years ago, possibly decades, the story is possibly now labeled as only a scary story to frighten the younger animals to not venture alone in the dense woods, or a plausible scary story. Recently she's been miles away from the main cities and only near the rebels hidden territories whether beneath the ground or in hidden ruins. Regardless she aids the rebellion more than anything now. | |
